🕒 Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Estimated Delivery Time (Hathras & nearby cities):
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 7 working days
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
- ₹49 – ₹99 shipping fee on orders below ₹999 (based on weight & zone)
📦 Order Tracking

- You can track your shipment in real time using the provided courier link.
🚫 Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather or natural disruptions
- Regional courier issues
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
We will notify you immediately if your delivery is affected and assist with alternate solutions.
❗ Missed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will make up to 2 more attempts. After that, the product may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
