At Uttal, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from us, we’re here to help with easy returns and fair refunds.
π¦ Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
π Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, we may not be able to process a return unless the item is under manufacturer warranty.
π« Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Opened consumables (e.g. water purifier filters, batteries)
- Products marked as βnon-returnableβ on the product page
π° Refund Process
- Once your return is picked up and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credit will be applied within 5β7 working days to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank or UPI details for the refund.
π Return Pickup
- We offer free return pickup in most serviceable pin codes.
- If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We will reimburse the shipping cost if the return is approved.
π How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders on your Uttal account
- Click “Request Return” for the item
- Follow the instructions provided and wait for pickup confirmation
