Welcome to Uttal.in! By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing products from our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users, including service customers and product buyers.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. E-Commerce (Product Purchases)

Orders: All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 working days in Hathras. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
Returns: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds: Processed within 7 working days after inspection and approval of returned items.

3. Payments

Accepted methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (for eligible pin codes).
For services, payment can be made after completion in most cases.
E-commerce payments must be completed before order dispatch (unless COD is available).

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, address, and appliance/product details.
Ensure someone is present at home during the scheduled visit or delivery.
Misuse of the platform, false bookings, or fraudulent returns may result in a permanent ban from Uttal.in.

5. Limitation of Liability

Uttal shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delays, defective products, or service disruptions.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service/product.
