Due to the nature of food products, Aabha Food follows a strict return policy to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
All opened, used, or partially used masala and spice products are not eligible for return.
Returns will be accepted only if:
The product is damaged at the time of delivery
The product is expired
The wrong product has been delivered
Customers must request a return within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused
Original packaging and labels must be intact
Proof (images/videos) must be provided
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, Aabha Food may:
Provide a replacement, or
Process a refund as per the Refund Policy
Opened or consumed products
Products damaged after delivery
Requests made after the allowed time period
Aabha Food reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
